How inappropriate!

by Liz N on August 13, 2012

I marvel at some of the spam comments that come through for moderation.

Today’s one – given that I’ve been discussing weight loss, priceless!

It was from “gainweightfast + some weird spammy looking email address – “Your blog is full of great tips, keep sharing”

Not exactly what I wanted to hear!

Training today:

Teach RPM/Cycle – CD malfunction, teach pilates.    I also took the dog for a walk and some ball chucking – she most definitely lives up to the expectations of her breed.  Just wish she wouldn’t try to fetch cats.

Fetch CATS? Bahaha!

Spammers have such a quaint turn of phrase, don’t they?

Go the spam bots. What’s with them and trolls?

Dougal doesn’t fetch cats….or anything. Must be the poodle in him, maybe he thinks he’s above it? He just sniffs at a ball and wonders if it’s edible :P

That’s funny – I don’t know any “doodle” dogs that retrieve, even if they’ve got Lab/Golden in them :)

One of my cats likes to staunch out dogs. I have never seen him catch one. He once stalked/staunched an Irish Wolfhound. It was hilarious. Razzy was puffed up as big as a cat can make himself and didn’t even come to its knees. He was doing the whole walk sideways, puffed up, tail puffed, ears flat routine. I got that dog outa my yard. Was scared for its life. :D I’ve had lots of spam lately too. Mostly, I love what you write, this blog is amazing, I’ll definitely visit again, this is so useful information’. Only, my spelling is better.

I would like Razzy to come and visit to teach my hound a thing or two :)

Ha! Ah, good to have a sense of humour. I was at home working and doing domestic stuff, and jst checked my pedometer… a paltry 5400 steps. Isn’t that terrible?? Off to bed, setting alarm for early morning visit to gym in recompense!

It’s harder to get those 10000 steps in than I think – I’ve done the pedometer thing and been caught out a few times!

Most of my spam doesn’t make sense. Or it involves shoes, headphones, viagra or handbags!

Yeah, I get that too – I’ve had a handbag run lately!

Toby hasn’t quite worked out cats yet. They’re a thing of curiosity. Birds on the other hand are definitely made for him to chase.

Hi Char, Lucy is shocking with birds – she went after the neighbour’s duck not so long ago. Quite embarrassing :)

Mossy has been beaten up way too many times by our cat to want to chase them. Mind you, the working dog in him tends to herd the cat.

I think Lucy needs to be dealt with by a cat :)
